GreenSmartz Showcase

This is a program is to share 3 areas that are green:
  • Saving customers serious money
  • Developing product for less
  • Great green and "near green" solutions
We feel the convergence of all three of these areas is a lot of market opportunity. You'll enjoy some compelling speakers and meet some great entrepreneurs. We'll also have time available to highlight existing and "up and coming"  technology companies that have products that can either save a ton of green or are green!
For entrepreneurs:
A collaborative process to improve your messaging, especially your "pitch." Thru discussions we may even improve your business.
For investors:
Green startups with a shorter time to market and a more polished pitch that will make it worth your time.

Why Attend? Learn, Share, Network

You have a great product/service, but you need traction sooner. But before this you need frank advice to help in your seed and early stage fund raising efforts.  The work you put into this will dramatically increase your chances of success due to a more cohesive message and better interaction with funders.

You will have a chance to interact with experienced entrepreneurs and
investors at our showcase. Learn ways to improve your messaging; and to focus your solutions where you can save your customers money... and in some cases make them more green as well!

Main Event: GreenSmartz Showcase

Come hear from presenters that are focused on saving customers some serious "green" and those who are going "green." Tentative Schedule: Feb, 2011

Some speakers will talk about "green" ... others will talk about how they're saving customers "green" (money) ... and some will share their secrets of how they've developed for less.

These stories will cover the gamut from automotive to zero footprint projects. Programs that encourage green behavioral changes via platforms such as Facebook, iPhone/iPad, Android and other web and mobile devices are strongly encouraged to apply.

Attendees will enjoy crisp, succinct stories that will compel them to want to know more about you. We expect no less from each and every startup.
